Overview
The Geliwa Robot Spraying System is specifically designed for die-casting automated spraying scenarios, offering three standard models: 4-circuit, 6-circuit, and 8-circuit, which can be flexibly adapted to meet the spraying requirements of die-casting machines with different tonnages and complex workpieces. The system uses large-diameter steel wire braided hoses, which are pressure and temperature resistant, ensuring a stable supply of release agents or spraying media; all joints use PARKER standard stainless steel joints to eliminate the risk of leakage. The system supports seamless integration with mainstream industrial robots such as ABB, KUKA, and FANUC, and provides a standard spraying module structure, significantly shortening the on-site installation and commissioning cycle. Whether it is automotive structural parts, 5G communication housings, or large-scale integrated die-casting parts, the Geliwa Robot Spraying System can help customers achieve high-tempo and highly uniform spraying operations.
Feature
Multi-circuit flexible configuration:
Provides 4/6/8 circuit spraying/air blowing circuits, as well as corresponding high-pressure air blowing circuits, to meet the spraying requirements of workpieces from simple to complex.
Large-diameter steel wire braided hose:
Pressure-resistant, temperature-resistant, fatigue-resistant, not prone to tube explosion, ensuring smooth delivery of large-flow release agent, guaranteeing the medium supply for large quick nozzles, and avoiding pressure fluctuations caused by hose expansion.
PARKER standard stainless steel joints:
All hydraulic and pneumatic joints are made of PARKER brand stainless steel, with reliable sealing, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
Multi-pipeline freedom design:
Optimizes pipeline layout, avoids pipeline entanglement, pulling, or excessive bending during the spraying process, and improves the reliability of system operation.
Compatibility with mainstream robot brands:
Can be adapted to robots of brands such as ABB, KUKA, FANUC, etc., providing standardized interfaces and preset program templates for Plug and Play.
Standard spraying module structure:
The pre-installed spraying module can be directly installed on the robot wrist or the sixth axis, reducing the workload of non-standard design and shortening the project cycle.
Optional high-pressure air blowing:
Each circuit is equipped with an independent high-pressure air blowing function for purging residual or accumulated water on the mold surface before and after spraying to improve coating adhesion.
Super-large diameter pneumatic valve:
The front integrated valve island uses a super-large diameter pneumatic valve with a large medium diameter and rapid response.
