The Geliwa Release Agent Liquid Supply Ratio System Series covers the complete ratio requirements from small single machines to full-scenario high-pressure applications. All models use stainless steel pipes and PARKER standard joints to ensure corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, and no leakage. The system supports liquid supply by water-driven pumps or electric pumps, has a wide range of ratio settings, and is equipped with a clean water flushing function. High-end models are equipped with options such as Siemens control systems, closed-loop pressure regulation, flow monitoring, and release agent buffering, providing a stable, accurate, and agent-saving release agent delivery solution for die-casting workshops.

LDS10 Small Proportioning System: 

  ·Economical water-driven pump proportioning, with a liquid storage capacity of 100L, a proportion range of 1:50 - 1:500, suitable for single die-casting machines or small production lines. 

LDS20 Undiluted Solution Supply System:

 · Specifically designed for undiluted release agent solution with ultra-high pressure regulation accuracy (0.01 bar), built-in water hammer suppression to ensure pipeline stability.

 LDS40 All-Scenario Proportioning System:

 ·Dual quantitative pump ratio, with a ratio of 1:0 - 1:500, controlled by Siemens PLC, closed-loop pressure regulation, suitable for centralized liquid supply for multiple machines.

 LDS40-P All-Scenario High-Pressure Proportioning System: 

· Based on LDS40, adds a high-pressure electric pump (up to 16 bar) and high-pressure clean water flushing, suitable for long-distance transportation or high-viscosity release agents.
