Overview

The Geliwa Modularization Sprayer System and Integrated Die Casting Spraying System are a full range of core spraying units designed for die casting spraying automation. The products cover three standard modular sprayers with 4, 6, and 8 circuits, as well as an integrated die casting spraying system for ultra-large molds. All models feature a high-strength aluminum alloy body, independent circuit control, high-pressure air blowing assistance, and support customized profiling sprayers based on the mold. Whether it's small die castings, multi-variety mixed production, or large components such as the rear floor/front cabin after integrated die casting, Geliwa can provide matching spraying solutions. 

4/6/8 Circuit Modular Sprayer:

 Flexible number of circuits, each circuit independently set, equipped with high-pressure air blowing and redundant design, suitable for small, medium, and medium-sized die castings.

 Integrated Die Casting Spraying System: 

Up to 250 nozzles + 80 air blowing air knives, a stable system for moving and fixed molds, specifically developed for ultra-large molds over 2 square meters.

Feature

1.Independent loop control.: Each spraying/air blowing circuit can independently adjust flow rate, pressure, and timing to achieve fine spraying in different zones.

2. High-pressure air blowing assistance: Standard configuration includes 2 high-pressure air blowing circuits (4/6/8 circuits), and the integrated system supports 80 air knives for powerful purging of the mold surface.

3. Redundancy design (4/6/8 circuits): Redundancy of critical high-pressure air blowing circuits ensures continuous production without interruption.

4. All-aluminum design without external pipes (4/6/8 circuits and integrated): The main body is made of aluminum alloy casting, with internal flow channels integrated, no exposed hose joints, fewer leakage points, no external pipes or joints, and easy maintenance.

5. Superhydrophobic surface treatment (8 circuits and integrated): Release agent is less likely to adhere, the cleaning cycle is extended, and the frequency of downtime for maintenance is reduced.

6. Large-capacity nozzle/air knife support for 4/6/8 circuits: A single circuit supports up to 80 atomizing nozzles (same for 8 circuits); integrated: up to 250 nozzles + 80 double-valve air knives.

7. Free customized profiling nozzles (4/6/8 circuits): Standard module library, various profiling nozzles can be customized according to the mold, free design based on the mold 3D drawings, and rapid drawing output.

8. Moving and fixed mold stabilization system: The high-strength and lightweight spraying tooling substrate design ensures structural stability, keeps the nozzle array parallel to the mold during the spraying process, and prevents collisions.
