Modularization Spraying Tooling:

 showcases multiple tooling modules designed for different workpieces. Visitors can personally operate the quick-change tooling nozzles to experience the convenience of replacement.

 It provides 4/6/8 spraying/blowing circuits, with each atomizing nozzle capable of independent blowing. 

Each spraying/blowing circuit can support up to 80 atomizing nozzles. 

It provides 2 high-pressure blowing circuits, with a large air supply passage diameter capable of supporting a powerful air knife array.

Each high-pressure blowing circuit can support up to 40 air knife blowing nozzles. Surface superhydrophobic treatment. Standard module library, capable of customizing various profiling nozzles according to molds. 

The entire system is made of aluminum, with no external pipes or joints, facilitating maintenance. 

The dead-angle-free design and anti-clogging structure of the internal flow channels of the tooling have also received high praise from professional audiences.

Display Nozzle Series:

Standard Nozzle: Lightweight structure, stainless steel valve with a spool service life of over 3 million cycles. Different spherical inserts can be replaced. 

Adjustable Flow Nozzle: Adjustable throttle valve, capable of stepless adjustment of release agent flow, with a spool service life of over 3 million cycles. 

Different spherical inserts can be replaced. Stock Solution Nozzle: High-precision adjustable throttle valve, capable of stepless adjustment of stock solution flow, with a minimum flow rate of 1.5 ml/min.
